Your order is carefully prepared and shipped from our warehouse in California, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
To ensure reliable and convenient delivery, we work with our trusted shipping partners FedEx and UPS.
Delivery within the continental United States generally takes 2–5 business days from the shipping date.

For faster delivery, UPS 3 Day Select is available in selected U.S. states. Delivery takes approximately 2–3 business days.

Payment Methods

Refunds
Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used for your order. Refunds to a different payment method are generally not possible.
If a discount code was applied to your order, the discount will be allocated proportionally when processing a partial refund.
