20 years ago, Hans Taubenberger founded the Toni Sailer brand, inspired by the legendary skier. What began as a homage quickly developed into an international premium brand synonymous with luxurious ski apparel and exceptional functionality. Renowned for its perfect yet sporty-dynamic fit, Toni Sailer celebrates its 20th anniversary with a collection that embodies the brand's core values – excellence, craftsmanship, and constant innovation. The highlight of this celebration is the 20 Years Anniversary Series, showcasing artistic refinement and first-class craftsmanship. Additionally, the entire collection is crafted from PFAS-free materials, ensuring both high functional performance and environmental sustainability.
Function & fashion inseparably combined
Every new collection is a challenge for our designers! Highly functional attributes, the basis of premium skiwear, have to be translated into a fashionably appealing design language. We allow up to two years for the development of a collection - from research, design and pattern development to production, inspection and delivery. The phase in which we develop new functional materials and colors for the Toni Sailer brand is extremely time-consuming and very exciting.

Toni Sailer – The black thunderbolt from Kitz
When he was just 21 years old, Toni Sailer was the first person in the history of skiing to win all three alpine skiing events in Cortina d’Ampezzo at his first and only participation in the Winter Olympics in 1956, sensationally taking gold in the downhill, slalom and giant slalom. With 170 victories under his belt, three Olympic gold medals and seven world championship titles, the trained glazier and plumber became world‐ renowned as one of the most successful ski athletes of all time. After stepping out of the professional sport at just 23 years of age, Toni Sailer launched a career as a singer and actor. Yet skiing held a dear place in his heart right up until the very end, he sadly passed away on the 24th August 2009.
